Tehmina Durrani hosts wedding of displaced couples
ISLAMABAD: The NWFP government has announced that the internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Malakand Division will start returning from July 10.
NWFP Minister for Social Welfare Sitara Ayaz told a private news channel on Saturday that the government hoped the movement would take a month and that the people living in camps in Swabi would do so voluntarily.
Each family will be given Rs 25,000 along with one month's ration.
Food and help centres will be set up in their areas to provide them support even after they return, the minister said. —APP
